Problem Statement
Online commerce in India suffers from a critical trust deficit between merchants and consumers, causing significant purchase abandonment and lost revenue. Consumers fear fraud and lack verification methods, while merchants struggle with high drop-offs (especially at the product page) and customer acquisition costs.
Razorpay aims to bridge this gap by becoming the "trust proxy" that validates merchant authenticity and provides purchase protection
